This policy covers what you send to 219 Cleaning Co. through the quote form on 219cleaning.com and what happens to it. In short, it is used to write your quote and arrange the cleaning you ask for.

What does the quote form collect?
Only what Owen needs to price the job and reach you.
- What you want cleaned: the service, your town, the property type and size, how often and when.
- Access notes you choose to add, such as pets, gate or garage codes and parking.
- How to reach you: your name, phone number, email address and whether you want the quote by text or email.
- How you heard about 219 Cleaning Co.
- Captured automatically: the page you first landed on, the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags in that link, and the referring website.
While you fill in the form, an unsent draft of your answers is kept in your own browser’s session storage, under the key 219-quote-flow-v1, so a refresh does not wipe it. It is cleared after your request sends, or when you close the tab.
How is it used?
- To write your flat quote and send it by text or email, whichever you chose.
- To contact you about the cleaning you ask for, including scheduling and access.
- To see which pages and sources bring in quote requests.
219 Cleaning Co. does not sell your information or add you to a marketing list. No sales calls.
Who else handles it?
- Your request is delivered by email to the 219 Cleaning Co. inbox through Resend, an email delivery service.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and clicks on links such as the quote button and phone number. Those counts never include your name, phone number, email address or notes.
- No advertising trackers run on this site.
How long is it kept, and how do I remove it?
There is no customer database behind the quote form. Your request is kept as an email in the 219 Cleaning Co. inbox, as the record of what you asked for.
